This is a criminal complaint u/s 48(1) of the M.R.T.U. &

P.U.L.P.Act,1971. However, since long the complainant is absent and not
taking further steps to secure presence of the accused. The matter is being
unattended for years together. It appears that the complainant has lost
interest in the present proceeding. The present complaint was arising out of
an interim order passed by the Hon’ble Industrial Court. However, since the
complainant is not attending the matter, it is not being proceeded further. In
such circumstances, the complaint is liable to be dismissed for want of
prosecution. Accordingly, I pass the following order.

ORDER
[1] The complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution.
[2] No order as to costs.
