conduct of the Barangay Assembly for the 1st Semester of Calendar Year 2024.

In line with this, kindly disseminate the said MC to provide guidance to all Punong
Barangays in your area of responsibility to schedule and conduct their Barangay
Assembly on any Saturdays or Sundays of March 2024. The official design of the
Barangay Assembly backdrop or tarpaulin, along with other Barangay Assembly
related materials and references can be accessed through:

Further, kindly input the schedules of the Barangay Assemblies in your area through

monitoring and should be accomplished on or before April 22, 2024.
