It is submitted that Smt Danamma, Gardener, O/o C.F., Kurnool died while in
service on 22.08.2016 and Smt D.Suvarthamma, D/o Late D.Danamma, Gardener, O/o
Conservator of Forests, Kurnool submitted application vide reference 1st cited duly
enclosing Xerox copies of Death certificate, Family members certificate and provisional
marks list up to B.Sc., B Ed., seeking compassionate appointment.
Further it is submitted that the aggrieved, by the non-consideration of her case
for compassionate appointment she has approached Hon’ble High Court and filed WP
No.30666 of 2022 and the Hon’ble High Court while disposing the said WP No.30666
of 2022 passed order on 19.09.2023 directing the respondents to consider the case of
the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a period of three months and
legal opinion on the said order sought from the Govt. Pleader for services-I, A.P vide
CCF Kurnool Rc.No.3326/2016/M1, Dt.19.11.2023.
In response to the letter addressed the Govt. Pleader for services-I, A.P offered
his legal opinion on 10.01.2024 to file writ appeal against the orders dated 19.09.2023
in WP No.30666 of 2022.
In view of the above it is requested to kindly accord necessary permission for
filing the writ appeal in the case against the orders dated. 19.09.2023 in WP No.30666
of 2022.
