All the students are hereby informed to follow the instructions given below for the

Board Theory Examination.

 Candidate should be present at the examination center at 10.00 am

 The center gates will be closed at 10.30 am and no student will be allowed inside
thereafter.
 10.30 am answer sheets will be distributed to complete formalities.
 10.50 am question papers will be distributed.
 Exam will start at 11.00 am.
 Candidates must have following material with them
 Pens, pencil, eraser, scale and other required stationary.
 A transparent writing pad.
 College I-D card
 Original hall ticket without lamination
 Water bottle
 Candidate will not be allowed to carry mobile phone in the examination hall.
 It is advised not to carry mobile phones.
 Digital wrist watches, Smart watches or any other electronic gadgets are not allowed
inside the examination hall.
Using Board Answer-sheets.

 The board answer sheet is of 32 pages.

 There is no need to draw additional margins.
 You are expected to write your center no., seat number in figure and in words, date, and
subject.
 One needs to sign in the space provided for signature.
 There are two stickers which will be given to you
1. Barcode sticker
2. Holocraft sticker
 Barcode sticker will be given before the start of the exam which, needs to be stuck in the
space provided, in front of the examiner.
 The holocraft sticker is stuck on the information written by the candidate towards the end
of the exam.
 Before sticking the holocraft , check whether the invigilator has signed the answer sheet.
 Any additional supplement taken will also have space to write candidate information and
a holocraft sticker needs to be stuck on the supplement as well.
 Ensure that the supplements are tied securely to the main answer sheets.
 Question numbers with sub question numbers are to be written properly.
 For multiple choice questions, options along with the answers are to be written.
