Sylvia Plath's biography

Sylvia Plath, whose pen name was Victoria Lucas was born on
October 27th 1932 in Boston, United States so she was American.
She studied at Smith College and Newham College in Cambridge.
After that, she became a poet, a novelist and a short story writer.
In 1956, she married Ted Hughes and they had two children
together : Frieda Hughes, who was born on April 1st 1960 and
Nicholas Hughes, who was born on January 17th 1962.
Unfortunately, Sylvia Plath and Ted Hughes divorced in 1962, just
after their second child was born.
Sylvia Plath wrote many novels and poems such as The Colossus
and Other Poems in 1960, Ariel in 1962 and The Bell Jar in 1963.
That same year, on February 11th 1963, Syvia Plath died in
London, England and she was buried in Heptonstall Church in
England.
