Introduction

Language has been the effective tool of
human inventions so far. While, language was
considered only as a tool for communicating
ideas in the early days of human evolution, in
course of time, having evolved with its phonics
and scripts, it remains the culture and symbol of
a nation today.

by Perarignar Anna. Accordingly, on 18.07.2022,
Tamil Nadu Day was celebrated by the
Government of Tamil Nadu at Kalaivanar
