Fried Chicken Fest Contest Survey - Statement of Work

General Information

Raising Cane’s has developed this detailed scope of work document to update the Survey Code
Generator for Fried Chicken Fest. This document will detail the Aloha programming required to
execute the program. This Scope of Work has been created to provide Franchise Partners and NCR a
guide for completing the Raising Cane’s defined installation at each of the Franchise Partner’s
restaurants. The scope of work has been successfully configured and tested in the Raising Cane’s lab
environment. Based on custom configurations of the Franchisee’s individual systems, slight
adjustments may be needed to successfully implement. If additional work is required, NCR will notify
the Franchise Partner for approval and proceed based on the Franchise Partner’s direction. If you

Scope of Work

This section will outline the general scope of work that will be completed by NCR to update the
Survey Code Generator. The Scope document will be provided to NCR for execution and testing
purposes. Please contact NCR to schedule. The work will be completed to the following
specifications:

NCR will perform the following:

 Launch Aloha Configuration Center
 Update Survey Message

Setup

The following will be setup within Aloha Configuration Center:

 Log into Aloha Configuration Center.

 Select Maintenance -> Messaging -> Survey.

 Locate your current survey in the Survey Drop Down

  Select the Message tab
 Select Edit
 Enter Contest Verbiage above existing text shifting previous lines down as shown in the
BEFORE & AFTER pictures below.

 The Survey will Print out the same Generated Code twice on the receipt.
 This code can be used on both the contest and/ or the feedback survey

Assumptions
This section of the scope of work will outline the assumptions needed for NCR successfully complete
the programming of the Aloha system to exclude Post Malone Drinks from being discounted.

Franchise Partner will:

 Open a Service Request through NCR prior to DATE to ensure programming can be scheduled
and completed in a timely manner.
 Contact Deryl McElreath for help with accessing NCR Support, help with opening the SR or
status of the request.
 Written request via email with a copy of the Scope Document must be provided NCR/Deryl
McElreath
 Review and Train all crew members on the new item
