Setiap kejadian atau laporan QUEST dari DHL/SLB Zero (0) / Bulan

Setiap truk yang ditolak oleh DHL/SLB, disebabkan oleh :

(1) kondisi truk yang tidak aman atau tidak dapat diterima atau Zero (0) / Bulan
(2) penjemputan terlambat (tanpa pemberitahuan)

Kerusakan atau kehilangan barang atau muatan selama

perpindahan, dengan pemeriksaan dan tanda tangan yang benar dari Zero (0) / Bulan
personel DHL/SLB sebelum pemberangkatan

8 jam setelah permintaan dibuat, harus tiba di titik penjemputan,

dihitung dari ketersediaan unit
