Career counselling is a methodical procedure that helps an individual understand one’s self,
as well as the world of work, to choose the right career. It is a method that aids in the analysis
of a person's strengths, interests, aptitudes, and talents in both professionals and students. An
individual's interests, skills, and current industry trends typically come together to provide
the best career decision.
