My name is Keith Alexander R. Vallente, leader of the short filming group. I would like to inform
you that Jennah Lisette Baes will be engaged in a short film project for a competition due on
January 5, 2024. The focus of the film will span across various subjects, including contemporary
arts, politics and governance, creative writing, and philosophy.

To facilitate the production of the short film, we intend to film scenes outside the school grounds,
specifically at the houses of each member (depending on the scene), since it will be challenging
for us to enter the school grounds during the Christmas break. This will enable us to capture
diverse and authentic settings that align with the themes under consideration. We assure you
that all activities will be conducted responsibly, and we will take every precaution to ensure the
safety and well-being of all students involved.

The filming process will take about a week from December 18, 2023, to December 22, 2023,
because the editing process will extend beyond the filming period. We anticipate completing the
entire project well before the competition deadline. We believe this experience will not only
enhance your child's skills in filmmaking but also provide valuable insights into the subjects
explored.

In order to proceed with this project, we kindly seek your permission for Jennah Lisette Baes to
participate in filming outside the school premises. Your approval will contribute significantly to
the success of this project and the overall educational experience for your child.
