Vehicles 1938 and 1938 S (Constr. Nr.: 696.154 and 696.196)

We take to your knowledge that, starting from the above mentioned vehicles, Mercedes-Benz do Brasil S.A. is
standardizing the screws/nuts, in accordance with DIN ISO norm. First the screws/nuts applied for fastening the
chassis aggregates and/or components are being standardized.

Therefore, the new launchings are receiving the application of new screws (standardized), presenting a modifica-
tion in their hexagonal measures, according to the comparative table presented bellow:

Taking the exposed into consideration, we are listing in succession the “conventional tools” which will be also
