For me, the best thing to stop this kind of situation is to limit the passengers entering that certain station such that
crowdedness can be prevented. This situation would result in a stampede since people were eager to ride on the train
without even thinking about their safety. As I watched the video, I’ve seen that there were no guards monitoring and helping
on the train, which makes people do whatever they want just to get on board. Adding more trains is also one best solution
to avoid jam in the stations and inside the trains. Also, constructing more railways will stop those situations since
passengers have no other choice due to limited railways in their country.
3.
Passengers on the train platform would fall on the track railways because of the constant pushing of people at the back.
There is a chance that they will die once the train starts to run since they just stacked at the tracks. The chance of accidents
that may happen is ultimately high due to crowdedness. Also, the passengers on the open doors are prone to failure which
may injure them due to strong winds and impacts on the ground.
4.
According to this video, passengers inside a train platform should follow the safety protocols released by the railways.
First, passengers should never try to retrieve a fallen item by themselves, instead ask for help or assistance from the
railway personnel. Going to the track area is very dangerous due to electricity and also illegal according to the law. Second,
do not run or horse around the platform. Third, do not attempt to get on or off a train from between cars, and lastly, do not
stand at the platform edge looking for the next train. Standing at least 2 feet behind the platform would make you safe and
always be aware of your surroundings.
