Subject: ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK

Dear Madame,

We are writing with regards to our on-going project SUPPY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND
COMMISSIONING OF HEPA NEGATIVE PRESSURE SYSTEMS FOR THE EXISTING VIROLOGY
AND CELL CULTURE LABORATORIES with purchase order #GIAE-PO-2023-06-0631 (EBD).

During our recent meeting, we had a productive discussion regarding the project scope. As a result of
our conversation, we have identified some additional work that needs to be incorporated into the project.

The details and impacts of the additional scope of work includes:

1. Supply and installation of additional exhaust ductworks for all bio-safety cabinets both for the
virology and cell culture laboratories.

2. Supply and installation of additional exhaust blowers with corresponding electrical works to
shoulder extra load to the system.

3. Adjustments to the existing project milestone and budget shall be allowed to accommodate
additional activities needed to complete the project.

We understand that these changes may affect the project schedule and budget. Our team has thoroughly
assessed the feasibility of accommodating these modifications within the existing framework. However,
it is essential to communicate openly about any potential delays or adjustments.

We kindly request your approval for these additional works. Once approved, we will proceed with
implementing them promptly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
