Required Documents: Sierra

Leone
Your loan application requires documents that show you qualify.

These are the documents needed for Sierra Leone:


Self-reliance course certificate or letter of completion, or Pathway
Connect Life Skills 101 transcript.
The Perpetual Education Fund for Self-Reliance course signed
letter of completion.
This should be signed by the group facilitator, your bishop,
Elders Quorum president or Relief Society president, your
spouse, your parent, or any other adult that you discuss
this with.
A document showing how much money you need to pay the
school.
National ID

To apply for a PEF loan, you must complete one of the following
courses. You must also provide the certificate, a signed letter of
completion, or transcript:

Education for Better Work


Starting and Growing a Business
Find a Better Job
Personal Finances
Pathway Connect Life Skills 101 (English only)

You must also complete the Perpetual Education Fund for Self-Reliance
course and provide the signed letter of completion.:

These are the documents needed when requesting disbursements


Invoices - Required:
Please do not make any PEF loan repayments until your
disbursement request has been approved.
Upload a school bill or admission letter that includes the following
information:
-Name of Student may or may not appear on the invoice
-Name of the school

Cost information:

-Tuition
-Books
-Supplies
-Exams
-Certifications
-Other costs to graduate

If this is your first disbursement request, please also attach/upload


a letter from the school with your name stating you have been
admitted.

You may upload up to nine (9) files with receipts for a single
disbursement.
Photo ID - Requirement:
One photo ID is required. Upload a picture of one (1) of the
following documents:

-Driver license
-National ID
-Passport
-Voter ID

NOTE: School ID is not acceptable
