    IA No. 109 of 2024 has been filed seeking amendment of the


    SA. Heard. It was argued that in view of the subsequent developments, the
    amendment in the SA was necessary. In the facts and circumstances of the
    case, the IA seeking amendment is allowed. Amended SA has also been
    filed.

    IA No. 103 of 2024 has been filed for staying the operation of
    notice dated 20.12.2023. In view of the fact that interim relief has already
    been claimed in the SA, there was no need to file this IA. So, this IA is
    dismissed accordingly.

    To come up on 16.01.2024 for reply and arguments on IA No. 109


    of 2024.
