Brown onion, diced 150 g
Beef mince 1.5 kg
KNORR Italiana Bolognese Sauce GF 1.95kg 800 g
Ciabatta rolls 10 x
Parmesan cheese, grated 200 g
Parsley, chopped 20 g

• Sauté the beef mince and onion until almost cooked.

• Add in the KNORR Italiana Bolognese Sauce GF and simmer for 10 minutes.

2 To serve

• Spoon the mixture over warmed and sliced ciabatta rolls, and add freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley.
