Paper and printing supplies are utilized to handle paperwork ranging from basic meeting memoranda
to major inventory.

Here are some suggestions for reducing office paper and printing  product waste:

Make use of both sides of the page.

Reuse paper by destroying trash papers and reusing shipping and packaging boxes; separate
recyclable paper goods.

Send memoranda and draft papers through email.

Online instructions, such as employee handbooks, are available.

Reduce the consumption of paper towels by offering hair dryers or reusable towels.

3. Office equipment

• Office equipment can be anything from a desk to a computer that needs to be updated.

• Here are some tips for extending the life of your office equipment and adding value to your office.
 Buy used furniture.
 Buy used or older models of copiers, fax machines and printers.
 Recycle devices and equipment.
 Buy high quality and durable equipment.

3. Other waste

• Most offices have common areas such as pantry and water stations. These locations also occur
frequently during breaks, which can lead to large amounts of garbage.

• Here are some tips to help reduce other waste in your office.
 Providing reusable kitchen utensils and tableware.
 Providing a drinking water station to reduce the consumption of water bottles
