Job Description

Job Title: Vehicle Accessory Fitter on and off site.

Responsibilities: The fitting of vehicle accessories as required

Reporting to: Product Development Manager

Requirements: Must have a full UK driving licence

Major Tasks:

1. The Fitment of Hard Tops, Tow bars, Tonneau covers, bedliners and various
other accessories to different vehicle makes to a high standard following the
fitting instruction.

2. Install roof racks and storage boxes to various units.

3. To complete minor Electrical Diagnostics and be able to read and understand


electrical diagrams.

4. Strip and rebuild products following rework.

5. Following designated fitting instructions for all tasks and be able to highlight
any errors within the fitting instruction to the company chief technician.

6. Rework of defects noted during quality inspection

7. To be customer facing whilst working off site repairing manufacturing issues


and warranty issues

8. To be able to use Hand tools and cordless power tools.

9. Maintain Personal issue tools and PPE.

10. Maintain your work area to an excellent standard of housekeeping.

11. Take an active role in adhering to the Company Health and Safety Policy.

12. Ensure all company H&S standards are maintained.

13. To comply with all applicable requirements of current data protection


legislation including the UK GDPR (DPPEC Regs 419) (“GDPR”) in force
from time to time and any applicable national implementing laws, regulations
and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK
and then any replacement legislation in the UK to the UK GDPR (DPPEC
Regs 419) and the GDPR.

The above are your major tasks. You are also expected to use your
own judgment to ensure the smooth running of the business. You
may also be asked to perform any other tasks as delegated by your
Manager or Team Leader.
