    Answer:
     Root the code in core values like trust and integrity

     Give a duplicate to any or all staff. 

     Provide how to report breaches in an exceedingly confidential manner. 

     Include ethical issues in corporate training programmes. 

     Set up a board committee to watch the effectiveness of the code. 

     Report on the code’s use within the annual report. 

     Make conformity to the code a part of a contract of employment. 

     Make the code available within the language of staff located overseas. 

     Make copies of the code available to business partners, including suppliers. 

     Make a named individual chargeable for code implementation. 

     Review the code in light of fixing business challenges. 

     confirm senior staff “walk the talk”.
