Step Action

(1) Install SAP-Enable-Now-Producer-10.2.6 to be able to do the recording.

Install SAP-Enable-Now-SLCPlayer-10.2.6 to be able to play the recorded manuals.
(2) (Note: You should install the SLC player on the users’ PC in order to be able to
play the training videos)

(1) Double click on “Producer” icon on desktop

(2) Right click on “Documentation Style” and choose “Insert File”

(3) Choose the required template

(4) The template will be added to the “Documentation Style”

(2) Click on “Green dot” beside “Template”

(3) Click on “Change” icon

Choose the new template from path “Resources – Adaptable Resources –

(1) Right click on “Group name”

(2) Click on “New Group”

(3) Enter new group name, for example “PP”

Choose the desired application “SAP Easy Access” (Note: SAP should be already

(3) Click “Continue”

(4) Choose the recording screen size

(5) Click “Record”

Whenever recording is running, there will be “Record” icon on the top left.
(1) Note: When any action is taken this icon changes to red which means the step is
being recorded and you should not do any action until turned to green again
(2) When you finish recording click on “Stop” icon

(1) Click on the screen title

(2) Change the title

(3) Any selected field functionality will appear in the yellow box

(1) Click on “Transaction Code” to insert T-Code action box

(2) Click on “Description” to write a description for the step

(1) Click on the desired text to be changed

(2) Change the input text

(3) Change the demo text that will be entered in the field

(1) Click on “Playback Mode” to check the recorded video

(2) Click on “Rerecord Application” to rerecord some or all steps

(3) Click on the document type that should be generated

1.5.7. Publish SLC Video

Step Action

(1) Click on “Publish Selected Object”

(2) Choose “SLC” type

(3) Choose the target file

Click “Ok”
(4) (Note: The SLC player must be installed on the PC to be able to play the SLC
videos)
