Practitioners is a leading Commercial Law Firm in Harare established in 1982 by Professor I
Muvingi and Hon Misheck Mugadza. The organisations’ Vision is to be a leading dynamic

the corporate clients engaged by the firm are acquired through tenders on a contractual basis.
The firms’ immediate competitors are law firms that were established long before 1982 as
this was when the firm was established. Although the firm was established 42 years back, the
challenge is that in the legal arena that lawyers are graded in accordance to years of practice.
As such, lawyers and law firms with more years of practice and existence are the firms’
greatest competitors. Moving forward the firm looks to grow in its global reach and
