One requirement of the subject PA 212 is a research work for at least five of the most important
projects and programs of our LGU for the past 3 years, preferably those funded by the Twenty
Percent (20%) Development Fund. This research work is intended to increase our knowledge,
awareness, and appreciation of the sacrifices and efforts of LGU officials like you in leading the
locality towards progress and prosperity, in the spirit of local governance and selfless service.

For this matter the undersigned would like to request your good office of the relevant
information of at least five of the most important projects and programs. Information may
include at least two pictures of each program/project, including details regarding their location,
date of completion or implementation, beneficiaries, budget allotted (if available), and other
available information. Rest assured that the information collected shall be treated with
confidentiality and shall be exclusively used for academic purposes only.
