    Affidavit

    My name is Leonardo Rogai and I will be the sponsor for Jhony Maiko and his A#249012635.
    He is a very close family friend. We all have been very close for a very long time. Throughout all
    the years of our friendship and family friends for more than a decade he has always shown
    himself to be a very honest and hardworking man. As I come from a family of immigrants and
    we want to help Jhony the same way others helped my family.

    If allowed to remain in the United States, I write this letter to ensure the court that I will provide
    any financial support necessary, to include but not limited to, housing, travel, food and medical. I
    will also help to ensure that Jhony Maiko receives all mail correspondence from the court and
    any other obligations. If there is anything further needed from me, I am available anytime upon
    request.
