Scope of Works for the PROPOSED 3-STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

STRUCTURAL

1Construction of structural support columns, structural slabs, and structural beams as per
locations specified in the layout plan.

2. Installation of structural walls in concrete hollow blocks with steel bar reinforcements
securely tied & fastened.

CONCRETING

1.Concreting of all structural and nonstructural elements as per locations specified in the
layout plan.

WATERPROOFING

1.Provide necessary waterproofing types for all areas in the structure as per locations
specified in the layout plan.

CEILING WORKS

1.Supply and Installation of ceiling as per locations specified in the layout plan.

ROOFING

1.Installation of steel metal long span roof structure complete with structural steel supports,
steel fascia, stainless steel rain gutters and gypsum board ceiling with thermal heat insulation
provision for ceiling and other parts as specified in the plan.

DOORS & WINDOWS

1. Supply and installation of doors and window types as per plan and client’s request.

ELECTRICAL

1. Installation and supply of all electrical works as per specified in the plan.

FLOORING

1. Floor finishes and installation of ceramic floor tiles for the whole area including outdoor
deck area.
PLUMBING

1 Installation and supply of all plumbing works as per specified by the plan.

WALLS

1. Plastering of all exterior & interior CHB walls.

2. Exterior & interior Painting finish of specified scope of works as per approved color.

In agreement between the Client and the Contractor for the PROPOSED 3-STOREY
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING amounting to Seven Million Pesos Only.

amounting to Php 7 000 000.00 for labor and materials.

Payment Terms:

30% Downpayment (P2 100 000.00) Salaries and Wages every week Purchase of
Materials is per scope.

Attached herewith is the quotation agreed by both parties.

Any additional works not found in the quotation and contract shall be charge.
