Black Garlic North America is committed to producing the highest quality food products with an emphasis on

Black Garlic is fresh garlic that has gone through a high-heat, long-duration fermentation process; it is natural,
vegan, gluten-free, preservative-free, ready-to-eat and Kosher-Certified. We even offer Organic-Certified
black garlic products!

Black Garlic North America produces all of our Black Garlic in

Wisconsin, U.S.A. where we take our time and do things right for
the best possible flavor. Our process takes 120 days from start to
finish for each batch of Black Garlic, ensuring the highest
quality and the best taste!

Our employees have more than 60 years of experience in

the food industry, and Black Garlic North America’s facility
and food safety program are Certified Level 2 to the SQF
(Safe Quality Foods) Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Black Garlic Powder

We start with the finest North American Garlic,

ferment it at high temperatures and age it to develop
the sweetness for which our Black Garlic is known.

The resulting product is dried and ground into a

powder that is available in Granulated, Economic,
Coarse and Fine grain sizes, with custom blending
options available for our clients!

Unlike our competition, we don’t add fillers, chaff or

stems to our black garlic powder. Our conventional
and organic Black Garlic is natural, vegan and
Kosher-Certified.
