Work description:

CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION & INTERVENTIONS EXPERIENCE:

 Radial/femoral Coronary interventions (Angiogram and Angioplasty)

 Primary and rescue PCI
 Valvular interventions like BMV, BPV and BAV.
 Implantation of temporary and permanent pacemakers, ICDs ,CRTs and device
closures such as ASD, PDA & VSD.
 Renal and peripheral angiography and interventions.
 Diagnostic studies - coronary angiogram, right and left heart catheterization.
 Special interventional procedures like aortic stent graft, carotid, Subclavian, IVC
stenting, IVC filter etc.
 AlcoholSeptal Ablation(PTSMA),IABP insertion,Pericardial aspiration.
 Ability to handle and perform Fractional Flow Reserve, IntravascularUltrasound,
Rotablator procedures.

 BLS, Defibrillation, Hemodynamic data interpretation and analysis

 Assisted in bedside IABP insertion, bedside TPI’s and pericardiocentesis.

 Cerebral Angio & Neuro interventions as well.

 Worksheet and documentation of all the procedural details in cathlab.

 Sterilization- Disinfecting management.

Non Invasive Cardiology experience
 Trans-thoracic echocardiography (2d & 3d-echocardiogram,tissue doppler imaging, TSI)
including routine LV function, Ischemic Heart Disease, special cases like Valvular heart
diseases, Hypertrophic and other Cardiomyopathies.

 Assisted the cardiologist in doing Trans Esophaeal Echo (TEE) and Dobutamine Stress Echo
(DSE). Echo assisted in doing interventional procedures like BMV, device closures in cathlab
and post procedural evaluation.
 Congenital heart diseases like ASD,VSD, Endocardial Cusion Defects, PDA, TAPVC,
abnormalities of ventricualr inflow and outflow obstructions, COA,
TOF,TGA,DORV,Truncus Arteriosus and Aortopulmonary Window ,Single Ventricle,
Tricuspid Atresia, Pulmonary Atresia.
 Echocardiographic evaluation after Surgery Systemic Artery to Pulmonary Artery Shunts,
Glenn & Fontan Procedures, Right Ventricle to Pulmonary Artery Conduits
 TMT,ECG.
 Documented Echo-cardiogram reports of each patient.
 Actively participation in several health camps and perform screening echocardiogram of
patients attending the camp
 Performed other related duties as assigned.
