Subject: Request Grade Change for Student Mitiku Barihu

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to this letter to request a grade change for the student
Mitiku Barihu whom I taught last semester at freshman program He is social science student of
section 3 ( FS-3). When I fill mark on online grade submission platform, I erroneously jumped
over without filling his mid exam mark. I reevaluate his assessment; I found unintentional bias on
mid exam, which I failed to fill on the platform. Given this, since he has all assessment and signed
the signature for the exam, so he deserve grade change. Therefore, I kindly request you to see his
case and take necessary measurement. Look forward hearing from you.
