IRREVOCABLE SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

CRIMSON RD. CAMELLA II MO. EARTH – LAS PINAS CITY – FOURTH DISTRICT do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT RANJAY PATALINHOG, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, and with residence at BLK 147 LOT 1 PHASE III BRGY. PALIPARAN III DASMARINAS
CAVITE to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN0FACT to do for me and in my name, place, and
stead and for my own benefit to do and perform any and all of the following acts and deed, namely:

5. To do whatever legal acts and deeds necessary to serve the purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
