- Conducted an investigation in the matters of Land Classification


Compalint at Brgy. Binanuahan, Pilar, Sorsogon;
- Assisted and presided several Administrative Proceedings, Hearings
and Technical Conferences;
- Assisted the PENR Officer during the ARTA Hearing;
- Attended 3 Regional Conference at DENR, Regional Office-V, at
Legazpi City;
- Prepared pleadings, case briefs,depostions, affidavits and other
related legal documents, and interviewed witnesses and
apprehending officers;
- Assisted in the filing of several cases against different persons who
violated environmental laws; and
- Performed such other functions assigned by the immediate
Supervisor.

 Summary of Actual Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the PENR Officer and enhance office


effectiveness;
- Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research;
- Prepare case brief, interview witnesses and apprehending officers and
take and prepare depositions, affidavits and other related legal
documents;
- Prepare pleadings and legal documents for and in behalf of the
implementing PENR Office subject to the review and approval of the
PENR Officer;
- Provide legal advice to the implementing PENRO employees on
official and legal matters;
- Assist the Land Investigation Officers in examining the sufficiency of
land applications and other applications filed before the PENRO,
whenever necessary;
- Review all violations of laws on forestry, land, protected areas,
biodiversity, environmental laws, rules and regulations and
recommend the applicable criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions
against erring individuals;
- Assist the Hearing Officer, or in his/her absence, preside over on any
administrative proceedings handled by the PENRO;
- Take accountability on all documents, equipments and informations
received, and maintain confidentiality of all informations and
documents handled in the performance of herein tasks;
- Assist in the filing of cases against persons who violated any existing
environmental laws, rules and regulations; and
