    Consider the following set of activities:

    a) Draw the CPM network for this problem.


    b) Create a spreadsheet to calculate and summarize the earliest and latest start and
    finish times, the slack for each activity, and the critical activities.
    c) What is the earliest time that the project can be completed?
    d) Use Microsoft Project to verify the critical path for this project.

    Aerobatic, Inc. custom designs and manufactures light aircraft. The activities involved
    in this process are summarized in the following table.

    a) Draw the activity network for this problem.


    b) Create a spreadsheet to calculate and summarize the earliest and latest start and
    finish times, the slack for each activity, and the critical activities.
    c) What is the earliest this project can be finished?
    d) Use Microsoft Project to verify the critical path for this project.
