What is spectacles ?
• Spectacles are also known as eyeglasses .
• People who have defective vision need spectacles to see
properly .
• Optical instrument consisting of a frame that holds a pair of
lenses for correcting defective vision.
Types of spectacles
• There are basically 3 types of spectacles

➢Semi Rimless Frames
➢Full Rimless Frames
• Full Frame – In full frame the entire lens is supported by a metallic or
plastic frame.
• Semi Rimless Frames – Semi rimless frames have a solid frame at the top of
the lens along the brow line area, and little to no frame around the sides and
bottom of the lens .

• Full Rimless Frame – Full rimless frames have no frame around the lenses , the
arms of the frames connects directly to the lens

Conclusion
▪ From the questionnaire responses (Primary data) and last five-year data
(secondary data) of spectacles, we can conclude that Titan Eye+ is most preferred
brand by the peoples.
▪ From survey that we done, we have concluded that Titan Eye+ is the best
company among all the eyewear companies with the highest revenue of 544
Crore.
▪ According to the research we can conclude that market situation of eyewear
companies is change after the Covid-19 pandemic period.
▪ From the above survey we can also conclude that mostly peoples are preferring
to buy spectacles from offline stores.
