Display and Collection of answer sheets
From 10.00 AM on Saturday the 24th February 2024
SEMINAR HALL IN 5TH FLOOR
Attention: Students of Semester II - Class of 2025

1. The Students of Semester II (Class of 2025) can collect their Answer Books of End Semester
Examinations (Main & Make-up held in February 2024) on Saturday the 24th February in
accordance with the time schedule as given below

2. In case of ANY DISCREPANCY in the Answer Books, the students may submit the answer book
IMMEDIATELY to the respective Staff who would acknowledge the receipt of ASs and Answer
Sheet Review Form (ARF)

Only the following discrepancies, if any, shall be looked into and addressed, if found to be in
order.NO OTHER ASPECT OF THE ANSWER SHEET SHALL BE CONSIDERED

i) ANY ANSWER THAT HAS NOT BEEN EVALUATED:

ii) ERROR IN TOTALLING:

These answer sheets shall be collected by the Examination Team and evaluation shall be done
by the concerned faculty subsequently.
3. A STUDENT SHALL COMPLETE HIS/HER CHECKING BEFORE HE/SHE LEAVES THE SEMINAR HALL.THE
MOMENT A STUDENT LEAVES THE SEMINAR HALL WITH THE ANSWER SHEETS, NO FURTHER
DISCREPANCY WILL BE ENTERTAINED FROM THE CONCERNED STUDENT.

4. Answer sheets shall be distributed section wise. Students of a section will come into the Seminar
Hall at the Time assigned. PL. ENSURE TO BE AT THE SEMINAR HALL AT THE TIME MENTIONED
ABOVE. IN CASE ANY ONE MISSES THE TIME SLOT, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REVIEW THEIR
ANSWER SHEETS.

5. Students are to acknowledge receipt of answer sheets and start checking them. Discrepancy if any
as given in Clause 2 above shall be handled as mentioned. NO OTHER TYPE OF DISCREPANCY WILL
BE ENTERTAINED.

6. Students who are unable to come personally, may depute any other student of our Campus for
collecting the same. They shall fill up the form enclosed (Form 1) , sign them in places marked X
and the person coming to collect shall sign in place marked XX and provide the same while
coming to collect ASs. They will also display their I Card.

7. Students who are desirous of collecting the answer sheets but are not able to make it on at the
time given, may come on any day from 18 th March 2024 to 22nd March 2024, between 10.00 AM
and 4.00 PM, for collection of their answer sheets. But, no discrepancy of any nature in the
answer sheets, if any, shall be entertained from such students

8. Students who have handed their answer sheets for correction shall be informed by phone/mail of
changes in marks if any.

9. Students should carry their official Identity Card and produce the same for inspection when they
come to collect the Answer Books. In case any one does not have their I Card, they need to
display any other suitable proof of Identity

IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT THERE WILL BE NO SECOBND ROUND OF DISPLAY & DISTRIBUTION OF

ANSWER SHEETS. SO MAKE USE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY SO THAT ERRORS IF ANY ARE ADDRESSED
