TAKE-HOME FINAL EXAMINATION

Essay or SEQ Format

1. The essay or SEQ format examination will be conducted as a take-home

take
examination.

2. Please refer to the latest announcement on the January 2020 semester’s Final
Examination Schedule in the VLE. The examination schedule is based on the
official date and time in Malaysia. Learners who are abroad need to follow the time
stated.

3. The take-home
home final examination must be taken and submitted/uploaded following
the same
ame process as assignments.

4. Questions will be presented according to the examination schedule. Refer to the

latest examination schedule shown in the VLE. Make sure that you take the
correct examination questions.

Example:
Examination scheduled for 20 April
Apri 2020.
Display of examination questions: 20 April 2020, 1:00
1 am

5. You are required to answer within the time set. Refer to the date and time
recorded on the front page of the examination paper. You are advised to avoid
last-minute
minute submissions. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Example:
Examination scheduled for 20 April 2020.
Display of examination questions: 20 April 2020, 1am
Answer submission: Latest by 21 April 2020, 8am

6. Please download the examination answer template. You do not need to copy the
question
estion onto the answer template. Just state the question number as stated in
the question.

7. Please use this format: MSWord document, Times New Roman font size 12, and
a line spacing of 1.5.
8. If there are additional attachments such as for a graph and other related
r items, the
attachments must be submitted as well.

9. Examination answers will be subjected to similarity checking.

10. Final Examination answers may be submitted only once.

11. Please keep the receipt given as proof of submission.

12. You will be allowed to postpone or defer the Final Examination online (eservices -
UP17) if you face any related problem e.g. faulty Internet connection.

13. Failure to complete this examination component will result in an F grade.
