Procedure for Open Book END Semester Examination-


June- July 2021
(Question papers of all subjects will be uploaded on the portal of the
Institute on July 06, 2021 at 11 am.)
1. Student goes to www.pimrindore.ac.in
2. Display tab prominently at head of the web page of institute.

3. Once the student clicks on this display tab he should be shown
the instruction sheet for examination.
4. Instruction sheet should open at end of the institution sheet there
must be a statement “I have read all the examination
rules/instruction and I understand that it I fail to follow these
rules/instructions my examination will not be valid”. The student
must check the box to proceed.
5. The student will then see three tabs.

6. Once the student clicks one tab say PG then all program will be
visible to him/her.
Example: MBA Full Time
MBA (MM)

MBA (PT)

Similarly in case of UG following program will be visible.

7. Once the students select the program his/her student login
window will open.
8. Once the student logs in to his/her account he/she will see a tab of
find semester/Year examination. When he/she clicks the tab of
final Year/Semester examination a PDF file will open containing
question papers of all subjects/courses of his/her program. If
he/she clicks ATKT tab then all ATKT subject/course question
papers of his/her program will open.

Rules for Examination – June- July 2021

1. All final year students are informed that they are allowed
to appear for any previous ATKT’s carried by them of
any semester. The ATKT question paper will be
available along with the final year/semester question
paper. Student has to clearly mention ATKT in the first
page of the answer sheet in case he/she is giving an
ATKT exam.
2. Question papers will be provided for both regular final
year/semester examination and ATKT Examination in
PDF format through final semester/annual examination
2021 tab on PIMR website on 06 July 2021 and also will
be notified to the students through SMS & student login.
3. Student has to attempt papers as per his/her specialisation
and program.
4. Student has to answer the questions as the examination
scheme mentioned in the question paper.
5. The cover page of the answer sheet is provided to the
student (Annexure-1). Student can take printout of the
cover page format or can himself/ herself write the

details as per the format on the first page of each answer

6. It is compulsory to fill all the details as per the format of
the cover page of the answer-sheet attached herewith
otherwise the copy will not be evaluated.
7. Only Register pages/ A4 size papers can be used for
answer-sheet and student has to staple/ tie the paper
properly. Institute will not be responsible in case pages
are found missing.
8. Student has to mention the page number, his roll no. and
signature at the bottom of each and every page.
9. Separate answer sheet has to be used for separate
subjects.
10. Only Blue/ Black ball point pens are to be used for
writing the answers. Avoid using ink pens.
11. Maximum five days will be given to write the paper
and next five days for submission of answer-sheet directly
in the institute or through registered post/ speed post (Govt.
Post only) i.e. the registered post/ speed post should reach
in the institute in the maximum 10 days from the display of
question papers on website. (Question Paper Upload
Date: 06 July 2021 and Last date of Answer Sheet
receiving: 16 July 2021).

ANSWER COPY SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Student must enclose their printout of Admit Card with


bundle of Answer Sheet.
2. Student can submit the answer copy envelop either
personally in the control room of the institute between
11.00 am to 5.00 pm or through registered or speed post
(Govt. postal department only) as per schedule. No
answer-sheet will be accepted / evaluated if submitted
through any agency other than Govt. post office
(registered post/speed post). Students are advised to
retain the receipt of the registered post/speed post.
3. All the answer copies should be packed together in a big
envelop and student should write his/her details
alongwith institute name and address as per Annexure-2
on the front side of envelope.
4. Answer sheets received after the last date of receipt will
not be accepted/ evaluated.
