for Instructional Design

Stage 1 - Desired results for all ● Identify a learning goal for a current lesson/unit you are teaching. Design
students a learning progression that would help students obtain the learning goal.
Use SMART Amp or Google Classroom to share your progression with
students.

Stage 2 - Assessment ● Use Google Classroom or SmartAmp to post the learning progression
you created in Stage 1.
● Have students reflect on where they fall on the learning progression you
created. Use Formative as the digital platform to collect their responses.

Stage 3 - Designed Learning ● Using Smart Amp and/or Google Classroom create differentiated
Activities learning experiences for each stage of the progression you created.
● Using the data from Formative, group students on their understanding of
the topic using the learning progression you created in Stage 1.
