Article 7.4 Pupil Evaluation Time
A. Unit members will be provided (3) hours at or near the end of each marking period/ quarter to focus on evaluation of
student work, completion of report cards, and individual self-directed planning for instruction. Unit members will be
permitted to work from home or an alternate location during these three (3) hours, with the understanding that it will
remain the responsibility of unit members to meet all grading deadlines.
B. All unit members will input grades electronically into the WCPS student information system on a bi-weekly basis.
