I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally request permission for Carlo Miguel N.
Paguntalan to undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) within your organization.

While the accompanying document which is the Memorandum of Agreeement (MOA) for the OJT
program are still being finalized, I would like to assure you that Carlo Miguel N. Paguntalan is eager and
fully prepared to commence training at the earliest convenience for him to avoid delays and to complete
the required number of hours for the internship.

I understand the importance of having the necessary documentation in place before commencing the
training. Rest assured, we are diligently working on finalizing the documents which will be signed by the
Dean of the College of Commerce and as well as the President of the University.

In the meantime, I kindly request your approval for Carlo Miguel N. Paguntalan to begin the OJT
program under your supervision. He will adhere strictly to the guidelines and instructions provided by
you during this interim period until the official documents are submitted and approved.
