Greetings!
ULNOS, the official student publication of Lyceum-Northwestern University, is glad to inform you that it
is gearing up towards victory in participating in the 14th Commission on Higher Education Luzon-wide
Higher Education Press Conference from February 4-7, 2015 at the Pulsar Hotel, Capitol Hills,
Cagayan in Tuguegarao City.

In lieu with this, the staff of said student organization would like to request your gracious office
for the approval of the usage of the L-300 van which had in the past given its superb service to
the said delegates, as well as the service and compensation of Mr. Albert Gonzales who has
consistently served as the driver for the delegates, seeing as only the fee for registration was
approved by the president.
