tâm Điều độ Hệ thống điện Quốc Gia gửi Công ty TNHH Điện gió Tập đoàn
Phongsubthavy.

kết nối thông tin hệ thống ghi sự cố, đo góc pha và giám sát chất lượng điện năng
NMĐG Thuận Nhiên Phong.
Để có cơ sở triển khai hệ thống hệ thống ghi sự cố, đo góc pha và giám sát chất
lượng điện năng NMTĐ Nậm San 3A, Tập đoàn Phongsubthavy kính mong Quý Trung
tâm xem xét, phê duyệt phương án thi công.

First of all, Phongsubthavy Group would like to send greetings to the Center.
Pursuant to Official Letter No. 61/2021/ĐĐQG-TTRL "Agreement on automatic
and protective relays to supplement and correct the project of Nam Mo hydropower
plant cluster (Laos)" between the Power System Dispatch Center National to Wind
Power Company Limited Phongsubthavy Group.
Phongsubthavy Group would like to send to the Center the construction plan for
the telecommunication system of the fault recording, measure the phase angle and
monitor the power quality system in Nam San 3A Hydropower plant.
In order to have a basis for deploying system of fault recording, phase angle
measurement and power quality monitoring of Nam San 3A Hydropower plant,
Phongsubthavy Group would like to request you to considen and approve the
construction plan,
