Observation:

 On the App and website there is no direct customer care/ toll free contact number.
 Surprisingly one customer care # is mention on the different web site which actually provides
customer reviews of different companies, even the contact email is given on this site.
 Tried calling 022-61445050 IVR connects and take it to operator but no 1 pick up the call, also dialing
the customer care number the name appears on the screen is “Chaayos”.
 On there web site they have given all the information related to their services but on the name of
customer care service they have given “Help & Support” where user get predefined questions
 Tried the Chat bot again same users have to choose the question. Option “General interaction” to
interact with customer care agent (Aakarsh) normal talk. Asked him for the customer care number
but he insist to chat, asked him twice he said provide your contact number and will arrange a call
back. Gave him the number
 Users have complaints about refund, tickets didn’t book, show cancelled but no information
provided by book my show etc. These reviews are on the App and different websites.
 Tried again the ph.# 022-61445050, SW Nitin regarding the booking of movie tickets. He was nice
and helpful and tried to find out that why tickets are not getting booked. Asked for a toll free and
Delhi NCR customer care number he said we do not have. Mumbai contact number is a 24/7 service.

Book my Show is very active on their social media sites. Updated information and news sharing is
more often posted on YouTube channel (141k subscribers), LinkedIn site (92835 followers), Facebook
(7.6M likes), Instagram (242k followers).
