1. Talking about the management process based on Peter Drucker.

Do you know about management process of managers ?

Let me show you the answer
According to Henry Fayol, who introduced the theory of administrative management in
France, defines: "Administrative management is forecasting and planning, commanding,
coordinating and controlling
Drucker encouraged creative rather than bureaucratic management and insisted that
managers should, above all else, be leaders. Rather than setting strict hours and
discouraging innovation, he opted for a more flexible, collaborative approach.
Drucker defined the management process in terms of five basic operations:
 Sets objectives: Define goals, and decide what needs to be done to achieve those
goals and communicate to relevant employees.
 Organises: Conducting organizational work, i.e. classifying jobs, building
corresponding organizational structures, selecting employees...
 Motivates and communicates: Encouraging workers, linking work, i.e. using tools
such as salary, bonus, and promotion policies to match people to do good work,
and at the same time through an extensive information system for the best
operation of the control system of the enterprise.
 Measures: Analyze the results of the enterprise, determine the goals, and evaluate
the work of all employees in the enterprise.
 Develops people: Make all employees mature and develop, that is, the director
through the goal management method to make employees and employees promote
their talents.
So you can see ,the job of the director is very complicated. Each job that the director
performs requires different conditions and qualities. Of course, a director cannot be
expected to have a complete understanding of every problem he encounters. The director
is not a genius, but he has a tool that other people don't have: comprehensive information.
That gives him a special advantage while dealing with the problem. The director's job is
to encourage, direct, and organize people to do work to achieve goals together.
