Subject: Request for Reconfuct of Examination Papers

Respected Sir,

I am writing to you as a student currently enrolled in the MSc (Hons) Plant Pathology program, in my
third semester. I have successfully completed my coursework and have now begun my research work. I
deeply regret my involvement in unfair practices during the exams, for which I have already expressed
my sincere apologies.

Due to the delayed notification of my unfair means case, I was unable to enroll in the summer session to
improve my GPA, which currently stands below 2.50. As a consequence, I am facing the possibility of
being expelled from the university, a situation that could severely impact my education and future
prospects.

I kindly request your consideration in reconduct my examination papers. This opportunity would greatly
assist me in avoiding expulsion, allowing me to continue my studies uninterrupted. By doing so, I can
save not only time and money but also safeguard my academic and career aspirations.
