    Dates Descriptions

    Mon, September 11 ● PTM 2023 appointment platform (Cvent web version) will be
    opened for all Buyers & Exhibitors to access. The user guide will
    be provided to buyer delegate with full instructions

    September 11 - October 6 ● Buyers can now schedule timeslots and request one-on-one
    meetings with the Exhibitor for appointment sessions on Oct 5 & 6

    ● Exhibitor & Buyer will have about 17 working days before the event
    for pre-appointment schedule

    ● If there are any incoming requests, you will receive an email


    notification from the Cvent system. Please login to view all
    incoming requests. Email notifications will also be sent when
    appointment requests are accepted or declined.
