III. SUMILLA

The curricular experience of family children and teenagers law, belongs to the area of specialty, studies is of a theoretical-practical nature and of a mandatory nature.
Its purpose is to analyze the principles the institutions of Family Law the administration of justice specialized in civil protective and criminal matters and the Code of
Children and Adolescents. The thematic axes that the curricular experience develops are: Family relations legal regulation of the family betrothal marriage:
requirements impediments and invalidity patrimonial regime dissolution of marriage filial parental society and family protection Childrens Code and Adolescents the
adolescent criminal offender abandonment of minors.

6.3. REQUISITOS DE APROBACIÓN

Only in the final average the fraction equal to or greater than 0.5 will be rounded up to the next higher digit. The 30% of absences disable the student to take the
final evaluation). Unexcused absences from practices or exams will be graded (00). The student who for some reason did not take one of the partial exams, may take
them during the delayed exam period, in case of non attendance, he will be graded with a zero (00) grade. The student will have the right to take only one late exam.
The vigesimal grading scale is used; The minimum passing grade is 11.
