TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 200,000.00) as partial payment
of Lot 284 located at Barangay San Miguel, Guimba, Nueva Ecija
(Subdivided Lots) from CAROLYN MAY CARABLE, a property consultant and
a resident of Barangay Maluac, Moncada, Tarlac.
