    Summary: The objective of this article is to describe the development and innovation

    process of the cableless pacemaker, which has been being investigated in animals
    and has currently initiated the era of studies in humans. According to the study, the
    use of pacemakers causes complications in patients associated with the lead
    contained in these devices. One of the most frequent complications that affects the
    morbidity of patients with traditional pacemakers is lead fracture, requiring immediate
    medical attention; Other difficulties that arise are a failure of the current insulation in
    the cable, causing an inappropriate discharge, causing the battery to drain quickly.
