Good Morning

Respectable/Honorable all of teachers

Entering the world of work, quite a few of us are faced with a deep dilemma about the career path we
are taking. In fact, when they graduate from college, many people pursue the ambition to work in their
dream office, which is generally not far from the degree they have been fighting for for years. Ideally,
they will be involved in a career that is in line with their interests or according to the college major
they have undertaken. However, life in reality is not as smooth as imagined.

Now, it has become commonplace if we are involved in an industry that is very different from the
major we took. Even though it's far from passion, "the important thing is that the salary is okay," or
even "the important thing is to work and get paid." Meanwhile, for other people, passion is the
starting point for pursuing a career and ultimately keeps them motivated to carry out their duties and
responsibilities.

I think pursuing a career that is based on our interests is very important, why is that? because by
knowing where our interests lie, we can determine a career position that suits our abilities/interests.
Career is a starting point for us to create innovations, new ideas, creative ideas and changes that we
will make of course when we want to look for work or want to start a business.

By determining a career based on our interests, it will be easier for us to find work that suits our
interests, and from there we can determine the income we will get. If we work not in accordance with
our interests, then when we enter the world of work, the income we have planned or desired will not
match our expectations. However, if we first know our interests in a career and improve our skills, the
income we get will be in accordance with the performance we produce.

There are some people who believe that:

1. work that we like. From there, we might be able to analyze several job opportunities that suit our
passion and also adapt them to our abilities.

2. salary We as humans definitely relate that if we don't have money we can't live, can't eat, and can't
meet our daily needs.

but in my opinion:

Actually, the world of work doesn't talk about passion anymore, but returns to each individual's
personal abilities. Because, the salary will follow the quality we have, "Many of us want to be paid
high but (have) low quality.

It cannot be denied that everyone talks about salary. But it's up to each of us to determine how much
we deserve to be paid. And it goes back to ability. Because, when talking about salary, the question is
"Can you do this? If you can't, why should I get a high salary?

That’s all my speech, may what I have delivered be useful in our life. If you found many mistakes in
my speech please forgive me
Good Morning

Respectable/Honorable all teachers,

On today's occasion, Iam Anthony will deliver a speech with the theme should you pursue a career
based on your passion or a career based on earning potential.

Entering the world of work, quite a few of us are faced with a deep dilemma about our career path.
When they graduate from college, many aspire to work in their dream office, which is generally close
to the degree they have been fighting for for years.

It is commonplace for us to enter an industry that is very different from the major we are taking. Even
though it is far from passion, under the pretext that "the important thing is that the salary is good",
meanwhile for some people, passion is the starting point in pursuing a career.

By determining a career based on our interests, it will be easier for us to find work that suits our
interests, we can choose the income we will get. If we work not by our interests, the income we have
planned or desired will not match our expectations. However, if we first know our interests in a career
and improve our skills, our income will be from the performance we produce.

Some people believe that:

1. work that we like. From there, we can analyze several job opportunities that suit our passion and
adapt them to our abilities.

2. salary We as humans relate that if we don't have money, we can't live, can't eat, and can't meet our
daily needs.

But in my opinion:

The world of work doesn't talk about passion anymore but returns to each individual's abilities.
Because the salary will follow the quality we have, "Many of us want to be paid high but (have) low
quality.

That's all my speech. What I have delivered will be helpful in our lives. I ask forgiveness for any
words and behave which are not supposed to be. Thank you for your kind attention today. Good Morning
