I am CRISTHINE P. MEDINA, 29 years old and a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary

Education at Surigao State College of Technology last May24, 2019. With the grace of God,
even though our examination has canceled many times due to COVID19. I passed the Licensure
examination for Teacher last January 30, 2022.

I enthusiastically believe that basic education is the most important stage in the learning growth
of an individual; I wish to render my service in your reputed Institution to fulfill my goal to be a
public servant through teaching.
