    1. Simon a financial manager at Mwalimu Sacco society wants prepare a financial report from
    records of 40,000 Sacco members. Explain how MS excel will be the most appropriate
    application in relation to manual record and State its other application areas. [5 Marks]

    2. THIKA LEVEL 5 HOSPITAL management has approached you as an expert in IT to prepare


    a HOSPITAL DATABASE. Using MICROSOFT ACCESS describe how you will create this
    hospital database containing database tables, forms and queries. [5 Marks]

    3. You have been invited to give a talk on DRUG ABUSE to form 4 students at NAIROBI
    HIGH SCHOOL student. Describe the process of preparing power point presentation on this
    topic to include slides, transitions, animations and various designs [5 Marks]
