1、授权方承诺授权我公司董事之一 ，身份证号/护照号
联系方式： 为我公司与贵公司的合同签约人和唯一
的经营人，由其负责与贵公司签署所有合同等相关的各种文件，由其负责与贵公司进行
所有的业务对接，唯一经营人的意思表示将代表我公司，对贵公司所签订的一切文件负
责并严格遵照执行。
1. The authorized party undertakes to authorize one of the directors of our
company , IC number / passport number
contact: for our company and your company's contract signatory and
the only operator, it is responsible for signing all the contracts and other related documents
with your company, it is responsible for all the business docking with your company, the only
operator's meaning will be on behalf of the company, your company is responsible for the
signed all documents and strictly follow the implementation.

2、授权方承诺合同签约人和唯一的经营人在本授权书签署之日起两年内仅进行一
次变更，并且仅变更为本授权书签署时我公司的董事之一，如果授权方需要变更合同签
约人和唯一的经营人需提前 30 日内以书面形式征得贵公司同意并重新签署本授权委托
书，如未及时通知贵公司，授权方将承担因此而产生的一切后果。

 2.The authorized party undertakes that the contract signatory and the sole operator will
be changed only once within two years from the date of signing of this authorization, and
will be changed only to one of the directors of our company at the time of signing of this
authorization; if the authorized party needs to change the contract signatory and the sole
operator, it shall obtain your company's consent in writing and re-sign the authorization in
advance of 30 days, and if it fails to notify your company in a timely manner, the authorized
party shall bear all the consequences arising from such change.

3、双方以中文和英文签署本协议，如果英文版本和中文版本之间存在任何不同的
解释或不一致之处，应以中文版本为准。
3.The parties hereto execute this authorization letter in Chinese and English, and in case
of any different interpretation or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese
version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
